Why is Aluminum in Vaccines & Deodorant and is it safe?

I want to talk about a common question why is aluminum in vaccines and the follow up question is this is this safe? Aluminum is in vaccines as an adjuvant to stimulate the immune system. What is an adjuvant? Straight from wiki, “An adjuvant is a pharmacological or immunolocial agent that improves the immune response of a vaccine.” First off here is a quick 2 minute video by Dr. Christopher Shaw, a professor from UBC about aluminum and why it is in vaccines and how it could be a problem.

Could aluminum be a neurotoxin? What is the risk of aluminium as a neurotoxin?

Could exposure to Aluminum increase the risk of breast cancer? Aluminium chloride promotes tumorigenesis and metastasis in normal murine mammary gland epithelial cells

Do aluminum vaccine adjuvants contribute to the rising prevalence of autism? From the article above, “The results of this are very interesting, “(i) children from countries with the highest ASD prevalence appear to have the highest exposure to Al from vaccines; (ii) the increase in exposure to Al adjuvants significantly correlates with the increase in ASD prevalence in the United States observed over the last two decades….” (Science Direct.com)

Aluminum in the central nervous system (CNS): toxicity in humans and animals, vaccine adjuvants, and autoimmunity . Taken from this article, “In young children, a highly significant correlation exists between the number of pediatric aluminum-adjuvanted vaccines administered and the rate of autism spectrum disorders.”(pubmed.com)

Now that we know some of the risks of injected aluminum through vaccines, let’s look at a few other places where it is found. If it is neurotoxic should we be using deodorant with aluminum? What about baking powder with aluminum? Do you cook with aluminum non stick pans what about use aluminum foil? Did you know it can also be found in different makeup products as well?

Check your deodorant, if it is an anti-perspirant it will most likely have aluminum in it. The reason for the aluminum in an anti-perspirant it is that it blocks the sweat glands so you sweat less. In a deodorant that isn’t antiperspirant it blocks the smell more and does not block the sweat glands.

If you are curious about aluminum like I was I encourage you to look into it more! Checkout my next post injected vs ingested aluminum for more.

Cheers! 🙂
